V-Lead Leadership 360 Assessment
Evaluates a leader’s skills in two key areas: Leadership Competence and Leadership Character. Leadership disciplines are evaluated and ranked. Intended for middle and senior level managers with 360 support from Self, Boss, Peers, and Direct Reports.
